Laptop Speaker Recommendation Please
About £30 in budget to get a pair of speakers for laptop mostly for iTunes listening. Any suggestions please?
This for my son's student g/f so I have no more info. Was thinking about Logitech V10 Notebook Speakers. TIA david

Do they have to be portable speakers, or for when your laptop's in a fixed position at home?
If it's the latter, I have some 5.1 creative speakers that really sing, and you can get 2.1 versions that are around about your budget.
My main sound system in the living room cost quite a few thousand, and these creatives really impressed me! The sub is really tight and punchy too, and although it won't go REALLY low it does have a great range for it's size.

Thanks John - they will be for Lou, a student nurse, to take with her for her student accommodation. So pretty portable. I've used Creative in the past and found them pretty good. I may end up with some Logitech V20s as these seem reasonable and just over budget. Let me know if you get fed up with your living room system though
