Hi,

I have bought laptop (second hand) for the kids to surf the net.

I currently have a desktop and laptop which both suft the net via broadband wirelessly.

I have added the Belkin Wireless Network Card (external) to the 'new' laptop but it does not just connect to the network....the card is fine as it use it in my 'old' laptop.

How do I configure the broadband on the 'new laptop'? I assume I need to establish a network connection.

The lights on the card do not glow brightly when inserted in the laptop slot - does the laptop need configuring to the card? Is there no power getting to the card?

As you will tell by the q's above I am no PC wizz!

Any help appreciated.

now working...had not installed the card drivers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
