Default 360 & Samsung HDTV

Whats the best X Box resolution setting? Is there a better Composite lead than the one supplied?

You want a component lead, not a composite for best quality.

Depends which pack you got. I think the base pack (without Hard disc) came with a composite / scart adapter, and the premium pack came with a component.

As above, component or VGA will provide the best picture. Differs from screen to screen. I use component which looks very nice although a little dark (nothing that can't be sorted with a quick brightness adjustment). Other devices I've used in the VGA socket are slightly brighter so I may switch to a VGA cable.

I use the component lead from my 360 to my Samsung R74 32" screen. I run it in 720p as 1080i isn't as sharp.

i'm the same, use the component lead supplied with the 360 and set it to 720p.
Picture is quite dark in some games but the PC connector on my tv is being used.
Picture quality is night and day difference to using composite into my old crt tv.
I was an LCD sceptic until a couple of weeks ago but even my £500 job is amazing.
