Default help!!!!

my pc has some sort of re-direct wotsit on it
every time i click on certain web address's (clean ones before you say anything) i get re-directed to random websites.

i run internet explorer 7
i've got norton anti virus2006 installed and running correctly

when i click on a link at the bottom left of the screen it says
waiting for jupk.com then it sends me to a random website some ****, some random stuff like paragliding near manchester
i've run norton spyware scan and the anti virus but these show nothing up.
i've deleted all cookies etc
where or how do i get rid of this.
please help me

Try this:

Start
Control Panel
Network Connections
Right-click LAN / Internet Connection -> properties
Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) -> properties
Select "Obtain DNS Server address automatically"
Click OK

It should be ok now

Let me know how you get on
