Default Computer build

Right oh chaps i am gonan take the plunge as my PC is about dead

Going to have a go at building one using a bare bones bundle

I have in past upgraded my PC but this will be first time building from scratch

any advice

I pressuem the mother board will be preloaded with BIOS so i can just install windows in normal fasion?

A Barebones bundle will only consist of a Case, Power Supply and Motherboard (Which includes everything a MOBO should including BIOS). I take it you mean it also comes with CPU, RAM, Hard Disk Drive and DVD-Burner as well?

Once you have all these things installed, then yes it should be just a case of popping in the Windows CD and booting up from this to install windows.

the bundle i am looking at has case power cpu and mother board

i have bits n pieces left over but also gettign a trade account at a local pc parts distributer so should be able to get lots of things cheap if any one wants anything let me know


took my pc completely apart last night to rebuild and put new case on too and it still works which is a good start!!!!!!!!1
