Our current supplier is undergoing problems and are unfortunately unable to supply the service we need. So we are looking for a new one.

We want

24/7 emergency onsite support/repair
on demand support requests
be able to upgrade our bsm from 3.6 - 4
supply all necessary peripherals such as phones and licence keycodes

Would be also great if the company sold cisco phone kit as well
