Question Excel Wizards, please help

Hi,

I have an excel problem and I'm hoping someone will be able to help. I can do a few things with it, but this is a bit beyond me!

Basically I have 2 spreadsheets with names and addresses on, called "A" and "B". I need to know which names on "A" are also on "B" and to end up with a list of names who are only on "A".

Does that make sense? Is it possible?

Thanks in advance. I will get bonus points for this and Christmas is coming......

Cheers
Clare

This details how to do it better than I could - but in essence it is the same thing

Another one:

How can I merge info from 2 cells into one without losing data, i.e. first name and last name into one cell without cutting and pasting them all. I've done this before years ago, but can't remember!

Excel help is quite hard to search if you don't know what you're asking for!

Cheers
