ipod/aol autostart

Default ipod/aol autostart

hi folks

my ipod/itunes software is autostarting aol when i start my laptop. also when i try to close aol it will automatically restart aol again.

not the end of the world but really annoying.

i cannot find a related option for this in itunes.

does anybody know how to disable this autostart/

AOLOL

Reinstall AOL, failing that, deiinstall AOL and Itunes, then reinstall itunes, then AOL. If that doesnt work deinstall all again, n reinstall AOL then itunes

start > run > msconfig > select startup tab

untick the prementioned apps from startup, restart machine, does that do it

Get rid of AOL full stop, it's crap. Go for a better ISP and all will be fine.

nah didnt work but thanks anyway.

was working fine before i loaded itunes. i was trying to avoid re-loading itunes as a load of my songs wont burn to cd so i have to use a memory stick to transfer them to another pc. was hoping it would be a quick click like you mentioned
