help!
i've downloaded the documentry that was on tv the other day about paul weller but when i try to play it it won't play it's a bin file any idea's

Try reading the .nfo file.
I could tell you what you need to do, but you'll be turning to heroin next.....

.bin's are a usually binary representation of a cd image, so you can either burn it to a cd using something like alcohol 120% or nero or use a program that can mount the image like daemon tools:
