Default Video Adapter Diagnostic in DOS

Im looking for a DOS utility thatll check an AGP video adapter. I usually use PC-Check but I cant be certain that it is able to see all of the installed memory (seeing 16MB: 128MB isntalled) and Id like to confirm this using another diagnostic utility before I RMA the VA.

Ideally the utility will create a bootable diskette; as Im testing the core & Video adapter on a bench.

Any suggestions appreciated.
