Urgent FIFA 07 question!!

I've got my mates coming round later for a footie night and I've just realised I have no idea how to play a two player game. In fact I'm trying to set up a league or a cup for 6 people. Is this even possible on FIFA 07?? I know how to do a standard 1 vs 1 game but we will lose track of results quickly that way.

I need help and fast.

Anyone please.....
