I saved all my emails as DBX files before i wiped my pc,now how do i restore them?

I saved all my emails as DBX files before i wiped my pc,now how do i restore them?
I had to reinstall windows XP so i saved my emails from the outlook express folder as DBX files. Now i've reinstalled XP and have pasted the DBX files into the folder
C\Documents and Settings\paul\Application Data\Identities{71178F04-098D-49FE-8FD3-5026B89CC982}Microsoft\Outlook Express
but for some reason it doesnt work (as in they arent in my inbox,etc.)
Whats going wrong?
