McAfee anti-spam driving me mad
Have run McAfee anti-virus happily for a couple of years. Got a new Dell earlier this year which had a free trial (3 months or something) for virus plus spam.
The anti-spam software is annoying - it kept blocking lots of normal e-mails automatically rather than asking us to gradually populate a list of what we believed to be spam - so I turned it off. We do not have a spam problem.
It now keep asking me to pay for a new subscription (just the spam bit) - I've no idea how to stop this (nothing obvious in setting, no "I'm no longer interested" option). Have removed the spam bit from start-up but that hasn't stopped it.
Help!!!!
