Monitor using 100% CPU usage!!!!
The symptoms:-
Scrolling down the forum page is SLOOOOOOWWWW! The refresh rate is about 1 second. I dont think its a fault with the monitor itself but maybe a video setting is incorrect???
The CPU usage in Task Manager goes upto 100% just from scrolling down the page. Even if i move the Task Manager window around the screen, its not smooth in motion, very flickery and slow. This also takes up ALOT of CPU usage.
Any ideas where i could start looking?

funny how grphics drivers and bios is the first to go **** up when you have problems??
come on developers /programmers get these drives installed into protected areas of the system
if you so good at programming it should be childs play
