Hi

i downloaded a music album yesterday. When it had done i transfered it to My Music. Since that everytime i open My Music i get an error almost straight away & it closes.

I used Norton Windoctor & it didn't bring any probs up. I also put my windows disc in cos i know there's a option to repair. It wouldn't let me do it tho, it said the version on my PC is newer!! Which is odd because i bought the disc last yr to format my HD to start fresh

Anybody any ideas?

Could you try a system restore?

Go to Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore and see if you can restore it back a day or two. May just have been some sort of corrupted file.
