Default Help I'm stuck :-( Memory card problems

Hi guys. I just got a 1gb mini sd kingston memory card this morning. Put it in my Nokia N73 and moved all my files over to it. Wonderful, everything is fine until I tried to put data from my pc on the card. I can connect to the card, I can look at the data, but I can't write to the card. It keeps telling me that the disk is write protected. There are no switches or anything on the card itself. I've put it back in the phone and checked all options and there is nothing about write protect. So how can the phone write to the card but my pc can't? I tried looking at properties etc but can find no way of changing it
Please help.

Steve

That's a handy tip for everyone, always format the card in the device you'll be using it if it's possible.
