Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC
Can anyone point me at a good resource for the above?
I have the new Orange SPV M3100 which is a WinMob device and I want to get a better handle on how some things work. For example the user manual describes the Bluetooth SIM access profile in detail and yet I cannot access it one the phone.
Other things such as Pocket MSN have also been removed from the core operating system (probably because networks lose SMS revenue).
Ultimately I would like to put the original HTC loadset in there if I can.
Any clues or help would be appreciated.
TIA
Rannoch

I am slowly but surely coming to like it.
I miss some of the detail features of Symbian and the transparency of it.
Once you come to terms with it being like a simplified Windows on a phone it is really starting to make sense.
Connectivity is FANTASTIC, that I cannot fault.
Screensize is good and the display very clear. Video and MP3 are both excellent (although video is fussy on format).
The XDA site will be really up your street David - check it out - lots of real machine level stuff to fiddle with and really customise it to what you want.
The Spec got 10/10 for me initially
First impression 6/10
Now a strong 8/10 and rising.
Oh, and I got MSN running on it although it did cost me £11
There are 'free' solutions on the BBS above - but not as 'legal'!
