2nd Email address ?
Another question. My inlaws have a laptop and broadband. The question is: they have an email address at the moment but one of them wants is own address so he can use it for work related issues?
How hard is this as I'm not that good with this sort of stuff.

You need to find out which ISP they are with. Usually they'll have a web page somewhere on their site where you can login and configure additional accounts.

It's not easy with wanadoo, but it can be done. They have a set of instructions somewhere in their help section. A colleague did it with his Wanadoo email.
