A bit of virus removal help required please...
Hi,
Everytime I open my internet explorer home page, I get redirected to:
http://www.safetyhomepage.com/
It is really annoying. I have found the cultprit file I think as it has installed today without me knowing to much about it- i thinks something like IntCod etc.
Help much appriciated!

it's an application?
check in your registry under
hkey local machine/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run
hkey current user/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run
and RunOnce too
and one of them has services, check there.

pmsl (not at you btw). I click that link and it displays an alert saying I've got a virus. Really? Well that's very clever indeed as I'm on a Mac.
Anyway, onto the problem. I've seen this little b'stard before, and I'm trying to recall how I nailed the little bugger.
Until then, have a peek here as I think it's got info on how to remove the little sod.

Cheers guys- I found files and then tried uninstalling the bugger but it kept saying the program was in use with another program.
Just restored the computer to a previous day.
Cheers again!
