when im using my laptop approx every 15 mins or so it disconnects from broadband without any interference from me which is getting on my wick.
anybody any ideas why its doing this and how i can rectify the problem.

check your power save settings first of all... make sure that when it is running on mains power nothing is set to be powered down (always on)

and wait for this to get moved to Computer Related
