Changed Broadband Supplier and Lost E Mail ?
I am no longer with NTL for my broadband as I moved house and it wasn't available in this area.
I have tried to access my ntlworld e mail but can't - have I lost my e mail account as I am no longer a customer
A simple question for someone I'm sure !

Yup thats right.
They are pretty unforgiving. Cancelled my online access 2 days before my account dropped out. Scum bags.....
Mind you, service and customer support was so bad i am glad i am rid of them.
If you payed your bills by direct debit they may owe you money. I had to chase that also and ask them to send me my money. Never again.
