Default Showing Video Clips

What program should I use to post up a small video clip on this site?.
can I use Photobucket, do they have a video loading section. The clip will only be about 30sec long, and its not done on a fancy camera either, so quality might not be that great.

Any help and ideas people?

Thanks
Darren.

Photobucket sure do, just above where the browse icon is, it reads "Image upload/video upload" click on video and upload as usual.
