I did this at work a few months ago, after putting a file down on the keyboard, I think it was cured by using ctrl + alt and the arrows keys, but can't quite remember.

Just looked on my computer, and after right clicking the desktop, and going into properties, settings, then advanced, I have a tab for monitor rotation. . anything similar on your computer?

right click desktop and do you have a menu option called graphics properties. if you have there is usually an option in here called rotation.

or the hotkeys

<cntrl> + <alt> + up / down / left / right

If not then it will be in the advanced settings of the desktop properties -> settings -> Advanced

Ah could these have been hit whilst playing the game??? You need to use the arrows in the game.
