SQL Server -> Oracle
Hi
In the summer, we're doing a migration of our system/application from SQL Server to Oracle. Basically a 'stand alone' app on a PC at the moment as it's a product that goes to clients so reasonably self contained although there are other machines that talk/have access to our SQL Server DB.
Does anyone have a definitive 'checklist' (or website to check) of all the things to check and do? Will be crawling through vb and C++ code as well as transporting DTS packages, stored procedures, functions etc.
Don't know what version of Oracle yet but probably the most recent or penultimate version. SQL Server 2000.
Any help/tips etc.?
