Nice app for managing Sony phones
Found this really good tool for managing contacts, calendar, files etc, can also send SMS from PC if you're into that kind of thing. Does backups too.

Managed to do the contacts in the end, just had to keep trying....
Wont take the contacts off my sim or my Msg's though. not a big deal to me really tho
