Question Outlook Express problem

Why does my incoming mail account keep changing to an IP type address from the POP3 info that I set up and save each time? It happens when I shut down and restart the machine. The outgoing, user name and p/w seem to be OK though.

A little strange.....

Silly question: Are you putting the IP info in the correct area? If you are unsure Microsoft have loads of articles on there site.

You can also check your ISP's website as they often have guides to setup. I would remove all settings and start again.

Have you tried going on the windows update site? There maybe an update to fix the issue.
