If you're mac based, then something like Rouge Amoeba's Audio Hijack would do the job. It can hijack streams and save them to disk.

The way I do it is using a sound blaster live. Outdoor ariel that goes into me DAB radio. Digital input into the pc and record it onto the hard drive. I can listen in decent quality then when ever i like. I have 60 gig of essential selections, essential mixes and the residency show from jan 05
