Default dvd burning

I have a portable dvd for the car (shuts the kids up) and I want to back up a few of my dvds so I don't have to take the origionals with me.

What is a good software package to use as they are all copyrite protected.

It must be simple as I just want to do straight forward copying.

Cheers,
Ted.
