if i have a pic in "my pictures" how do i post it on here
when i go to insert image it asks me for a url address or something?
not very computer minded,so simple language guys please!

It won't take it from your 'my pictures' folder on your pc. You need to get a Photobucket account (or similar photo hosting site), upload your pics on to the Photobucket website (it resizes them automatically to a sensible size). Then when Scoobynet wants the URL, simply copy the relevant Photobucket URL into the space.
Photobucket etc. are all free unless you want added features.
Oh, and make sure your account is password protected - otherwise anyone can see all your photo's uploaded, not just the one you want to share with Scoobynetters.
