Knowledge base system
does anyone know of any simple tools to create a knowledge base
as usual I have to prove this system will work \ be used before the boss spends mega money
something that will save me doing it in access will be good

should say - rumours are that we will be getting hp openview in to replace our helpdesk soon so this will obviously take over. Just need something simple to see us through

Wallis comes up with the goods as usual
as long as the 120 days dosn't last as long as our mom 120 days things will be ok
will also try phpbb but when you are used to microsoft products they take all of 5 minutes to setup
