Exchange 2003 mailbox notification message limit
Hi,
Does anyone know, or has anyone found out how to change the message that a user receives once their mailbox goes over there quota?
Once a user goes over their limit we remove their ability to send and receive e-mails, the system then automatically sends them an e-mail to tell then to remove some stuff or to archive to a PST.
As we block the creation of PST's, I want to remove this option from the message. is it possible? The Internet is very vague on the matter, some say you have to raise it with Microsoft, some say you can't, some say you can but they don't know how.

Don't worry fellas,
A colleague ended up calling Microsoft support to place a support call as we've got a few spares from our Technet subscription.
They required remote support and they loaded a few files and then there is a DLL edit tool that allows these to be changed, it is not support however.
Quite why its not possible to change your self I don't know.

With a technet subscripition you get 2 FREE support calls per year. I decided to use 1 to get a 100% answer. Answers on the internet were to vague.
So technichally yes we have paid for this support call, but we also got our technet cd's and we still have 1 free support call left.
