Sony Viao Laptop LCD Screen problem (Model : PCG-GRZ615S)
Hello All
I have a Sony Viao laptop which has a faulty LCD screen.
Basically it has been dropped on the floor and ever since the LCD shows a 4inch Black Vertical strip in the middle of the monitor screen. The rest of the LCD screen is displayed ok and there are no cracks in the screen.
Does this indicate that the LCD screen is broke or does it indicate that some other component has broken ?
Has anyone got any ideas or has had any similiar problems with there laptops.
Does anyone think it might be just the LCD Backlight Inverter that has gone ?
