whats good software for overclocking my Nvidia 7800gt pci card ???

Coolbits turns on some registry values to let you do it through the standard Nvidia driver.

Despite its name, you can also use the tool from techpowerup called ATi tool.

i've used powerstrip in the past but not done any overclocking in a while you can get @ http://www.entechtaiwan.com/util/ps.shtm
