trading in my old xbox games for these (I got my 360 Saturday)

Condemned (favourite)
Call of duty

I have PGR3 and 'i'm loving it' but I was wondering about the above, I have approx 40 xbox games so I may chop a couple (probably all 40 to get the above)

In particular

Tiger woods (latest xbox one 06 I think) as I wont need it, is it better on 360?
3 FIFA's that I have accumulated 04/05/06 (i think) well last 3 latest ones

and a few that I never play.........

Or I could just sell the xbox with the games and start with a clean slate

what would you do?

A lot of 360 games, although pretty to look at, seem rushed to me. For example Tiger Woods 06 - which I have for 360 has about 1/3 of the courses and a reduced number of gameplay modes. It's an enjoyable golf game but you get the feeling your paying £40-£50 for half the content of the equivelant Xbox title.

FIFA 06 is meant to be poor and once again cut back on the Xbox version.

There's a Condemned demo on Live Arcade, I've heard the full game is pretty short although atmospheric.

At the moment only two things I keep coming back to on the 360 are PGR3 and Need For Speed : Most Wanted which is a laugh.

 

Comdemned is great, I think Bob meant he poo poo'd his pants playing it.

 

Just my opinion, Got bored of it very quickly.

I'm currently enjoying DOA4 tho.

There seems to be some good titles coming out in March

 

From your list, Call of Duty and/or Condemed (if you like FPS games on a console). Others to consider are DOA4 & Amped 3. Perfect Dark Zero was disappointing for me.
Don't bother with the first batch of EA games, they're all tarted up and cut down ports of the original Xbox games.
As others have said, in March there are some cracking games coming out, Fight Night Round 3, Ghost Recon-Advanced WarFighter, Far Cry Insticts to name a few. I think it's these next wave of games that people will start apprieciating the potential of the 360.

 

I got bored of DOA4 very quickly. Finished the game in a weekend!!

Fifa 06 is rubbish. The graphics are slightly higher resolution than the xbox versions, but it's only half a game and there are framerate issues.

My brother reckons Comdemned is very good, although I've not played it myself yet. COD2 is simply great

 

Finished as in Story mode, or full unlocks?

DOA story has always been short, its more about unlocking all the hidden characters / costumes etc.

At the end of the day its a fighting game and can never be completed as you play it when ever you feel like beating the crap out of somebody.

Its good online altho a little laggy now and then.

Finished the story in one afternoon, and unlocked additional costumes etc after that. Not unlocked everything, but as I said, I got bored with it very quickly.

 

also I did't know Farcry was coming out for the 360. I loved this on the Xbox so I'm sure if you haven't played it yet it would be well worth getting for the 360.

Tiger woods 05 on my old Xbox than 06 is on my 360

 

I agree. played so well on the Xbox. the extra powers you get that where not in the Pc game improved it.

If you've got your live account setup download the condemned demo before you buy it thats what its there for

If you like fps then you should check out Gears of War, Huxley & Prey. All should be released (hopefully) soon.
