Question Adding Ram,identifying existing

Hi,

Built my computer 2 years ago and would like to put another 512 in it problem is i cant remember what i put in it,it would have been 2100,2700 dont think any higher as it was too dear at the time is it ok to stick a lump of 3200 in as this is the best value and will it just run at the speed of the other stuff thats in,looked in bios last night and saw 133 listed not sure if this was anything to do with it.

Thanks for any help

Paul

CPU-Z can identify ram right down to the chip maker - e.g. Kingston might be 'nanya' etc. Plus basic version of CPU-Z is free.
