HTML coding help
So you'll need to disable print screen along with alot of other copy functions, watermark your images using The GD function in PHP then if anyone does steal your images it will have your website address on them
Try this:

Simon,
I'd highly recommend you take a look at simpleviewer (there's also a corresponding simpleviewer admin tool), as used by a few of the snet 'togs (look at www.focal-one.co.uk), rather than reinventing the wheel - it's a really nice little viewer, simple, clean etc.
/Mark.

Is there anyway to make your images appear black when using the print screen function?
It's all well and good not being able to simply right click the image and save it to your hard drive. But with print screen you can capture pretty much everything on your screen then crop it down using some design suite.
I also have a nifty tool called "Quick Cam" which allows you to draw a rectangle around anything on your screen which in turn copys what ever it was you selected to your clip board.
If you watermark your images, when i say watermark i mean add a transparent version of your URL over the photo atleast if someone does take your image it really is of no use to them.
You need to remember what whatever you put onto the internet unless it is password protected can and will be downloaded for others to use.

Simon, simpleviewer is flash & web based - platform should not matter, it should be just as happy with mac platforms as anything else.
Only prob I can think of is whether the graphics libs support the mac - I'm guessing you don't host on mac in any case?
/Mark.

Host IIRC is Linux or Unix.
I'm just looking for something like simple viewer or Arles, so I can replicate whats on the base unit onto my powerbook so if I'm away I can still update my site etc.
