Default internet problems

for the past couple of days, seem to be experiencing problems browsing.. some pages need to be re-loaded 3 or 4 times before they load up.. thought it was a problem with Norton Firewall, messed with that and have now uninstalled it, but the problem is still there.. tried using firefox, IE6 and opera, problem seems to be there with all of them.. aol webpage login is a nightmare and ebay is a pain to access..

the connection is bradband via a speedtouch 330, which all seems in order..

any ideas ??

It sounds like your MTU settings are wrong. For AOL they need to be set to 1400.

You need the internal IP address of the modem/router or the modem setting dialogue box and look for 'mtu' then change from say 1592 to 1400 and then save settings.

Well normally when you don't have your ISP's setting correct, you struggle to get on ebay properly.
