Microsoft used the Samsung LCDs when it was showcasing the 360 if that's any help?
Not sure which connection is best though.

Samsung LE26R41bd, do not get a 51b. Use component cable for best picture.

I took delivery of a Samsung LE26R41b on Monday, and it's superb with the xbox 360. My Telewest Digital doesn't look too good on it possibly a crap signal. DVDs look great on it too.

the difference between the b and bd is digital tuner. For £20 you may as well go integrated.

I have the Samsung one, havent tried it with my 360 as I could only get a Core which doesnt come with the cable and Curry's didnt have any, looks fine on the old 29 inch Sony CRT though, does it show at a higher res on the HD, is it really noticeable.

I have the 23r41b and to say it is excellent is an understatement and that is a good price to. If you get a wall bracket don't get a very thin one as you wont get the components and power in without hitting the wall.

Hmmmm, and have you received it yet??
If you got in early enough you may be fortunate enough to get it but you're gonna have a struggle on your hands like me if not!!
I ordered a 26in Samsung lcd IDTV on Friday last week WITH the 25% discount code and they very kindly cancelled my order even though I'd received an order confirmation.
As I found this out on monday this week by speaking to their customer service, they told me I could use a 20% code on the web which I did and went through Quidco for 5% from them.I then received an email last night saying the 20% code was invalid and I would have to pay full whack!!
I've sent them a real snotty email last night and see what they have to say.I really can't believe they can tell me the 20% code is invalid as it was given to me by their staff!!
Incidentally, the 26in Samsung IDTV works out at £450 delivered!!

Fingers crossed....

UPDATE:

Just off the phone from them now and she said because I'd placed the order BEFORE they decided they weren't gonna honour any more codes,I could still have the 20% discount. She even said my original order was still on their system so now I've got two 26in Samsungs coming!! lol
Lucky for me,my brother in law wants a new lcd anyway...

If you used the "Pay and Go" service like me ie you didn't set up an account give them a call on 0114 263 7077

Good luck

I've still yet to get the HD TV. I have however just got the VGA HD cable and connected it up to my LCD monitor. To be honest I wasn't expecting to be overly impressed but to take 640x480 res and go up to 1280xwhatever it is makes such a difference!
