Best case I've found is the Logitech Play Gear one, very solid...

Seems you can buy it with some screen protectors from the above place

Won't help finger prints wise - but will stop scratches (which can be easily done).

TBH, you have to carry a cleaning cloth with you always for the PSP.

4Gb & 8Gb memory sticks are due this year, but the 2Gb ones are readily available and can be found on fleebay apparently for very little money.

I think you need to downgrade it to 1.5 to play any homebrew and other games.

I prefer to keep mine at 2.5, some games force you into updating anyway.

I just use one of those pieces of plastic you put on with a little squeegie. Most people I know do the same.

I got one coming shortly. Its a freebie with my new mobile phone.

So what things can you do with a PSP then? Apart from PSP games and UMD films.

I've seen people flogging 60 games in one or something on Ebay but don't really know how it all works.

Only if you have GTA and are prepared to do some fiddling around though

Use your PC, copy the files from the existing memory stick to the PC, then put the stick in and copy them back. Of course if you have memory card reader you should be able to copy from memory card to memory card via your PC.

firmwares above 2.0 cannot be downgraded (at the moment)

as mentioned before (some) homebrew games will play on versions up to 2.6, but you have to load gta first, and install some hacks
