GT Legends - 3 new tracks available
Croft, Phakisa and Sachsenring.
I havent had time to try them but the feedback from Race Sim Central is good.

Yes I think it's because no start lights were included for some strange reason. You can race online but you just have to put the boot down whenever you like at starts, which seems rather odd.
