5900xt + xpsp2 = fail dx9c draw tests !!!! (HELP)
help / advice required

xp sp2
5900xt
384mb ram
system fails direct x draw tests, even done a format and rebuild still the same,
any ideas ,
told m8 to get latest nvidia drivers, according to him it all worked fine on his old ATI card but not on nvidia.
Main issue is he is trying to play Rome Total War
