In short, its recommending i remove the PC3200 512mb sticks of RAM, and replace it with, PC3200 512mb sticks of RAM; Good old Crucial

Also, they say i will get great smooth gaming from fitting one of their XT800's - which would be great had i not already got fitted an XT850
