Default Internet explorer ans Mozilla problem....

Right,
excuse my ignorance, i know more about engines than pc's.....
So, i usually run IE, but the autotrader sire does funny things for me at the moment, so i've just downloaded and installed Mozilla Firefox 1.5......

The thing is though, even if i open it, and dial up, the modem is connected, but mozilla won't find any sites..... there's no doubt something silly that i haven't done.... so tell me what i should do please........ things like this annoy me.....

Thanks....

Ron.

I don't use mozilla myself. And yes The autotrader site is acting up a bit. Anyone else experiencing the cannot click the red 'select' button? All I can advise is that the Mozilla is set-up so it uses your dial-up settings? this is how IE is done via the 'Tools' Internet options, Connections tab.

Could be your firewall stopping firefox from connecting

you can set firefox to copy all settings from IE = file ~ import
