Sony PSP
Hi guys, both my son and daughter bought themselves a psp the other day, one bought star wars and one bought need for speed most wanted. When playing nfs my son noticed that when turning to the left with the joystick the car would continue to turn left even when the joystick was centred. so because we have two in the house we decided to give the game a go on the other psp, but it did exactly the same, and even sometimes with the d - pad. So thinking nothing of it weve left it alone just thinking its the game, but when playing on starwars just, noticed that the player was hanging to the left again, but its only ever done this once and corrected itself when centred. Now is this faulty or is it jus the game? thnks in advance

no, im notsure about it to be honest with you because it only really does it on nfs, and out of all the times ive plaed star wars its done it once, so i think it might just be needc for speed and just by fluke its happened on star wars that once.???? just me? it does constantly do it on need for speed though when usuing the joystick

Northern Scoob is right, never power up any analogue device whilst holding it in a certain direction, the sticks calibrate themselves for wear at every turn on/plug in.
At least they do in my arcade game equipment, fairly sure domestic stuff is the same.
