Default CK3100 upgrade problem

I have a parrot CK3100 in the car and am trying to upgrade the firmware in it, using a Dell D610 with built in Bluetooth and the Parrot download wizard everything works fine except that just as the firmware transfer completes I get a BSOD with irql_not_less_or_equal. This happens everytime, anyone else come across this and found a solution ?

I have a second laptop and am going to get an aftertmarket bluetooth adaptor so I can try it but can't work out whats up with the D610 ?

thanks

bob

Have you got the latest Bluetooth drivers and Bios for the Dell? What about the latest download of the Parrot software?
