Got a snotty email from tiscali today...

apparantly i have been using the system to a large degree and it needs to be reduced during peak times..

peak times being...

6-11pm mon - fri

12pm-4pm w/ends

if it wasnt so serious it would be laughable...

i only had a 512k connection until 1 month ago, which they upgraded foc...

i have been with them for over 12 months, using standard log on patterns, ie evening & w/ends

over the last 4 weeks its been used a lot due to the redundancy..

and yet i have a supposed unlimited account..

question is why wait 56 weeks to say there not happy..

Cancel with them and go with a decent ISP mate! If they're being arsey then bollocks to them, they don't deserve your business
