Default Freeview tv card

As name suggests, which digital card is best to buy as I wish to record programs on to my hard drive then onto dvd disc?

The Nebula card is expensive but the software is supposed to be very very good.

I bought a Nova-T because it is well support by the Media Portal software I use

Another Nebula fan here. Does all you ask, including conversion for burnind to DVD.
