I'm just not awake this morning, so asking for help. Feel free to call me stupid (and provide the answer!).

I have two numbers x and y, I want to know the percent increase of x to get to y.

i.e.

10 15 50% increase
12 15 25% increase

What is the formula?

For completeness incase anyone else is feeling stupid in the mornings:

=(B2-A2)/ABS(A2)

If a1 = 10 and b1 = 15

(b1 / a1) - 1

easy.

and a1/b1 to get the other way round (i.e 10 is n% of 15)
