Symbian reverse engineering
I have a Symbian application, running on a type-60 Nokia symbian platform. The application calculates a 8 character number from a 15 digit number, which is input by the user.
I've tried, tried, and tried again to contact the author, but with absolutely no success.
I need the algorythm used to calculate this number. Anyone good at, or know anyone who can, reverse engineer the SIS file and obtain the formula for me, please?
email me - slh at orange dot net
Thanks.

in a sis file you have a icon file, an executable and some other files so even if you reverse engineer the SIS file you still need to decompile the exe.
This I have been told by my GF who used to work with Nokias...
