Nvidia 7800GTX 512Mb - release today around 2pm UK time...
Should be a hard release... so available from all the usual suspects, prices circa £450 alledgedly 
Scored (leaked last week) circa 9800 in 3Dmark'05 with an X2 3800.

11034 in 3Dmark'05 with some overclocking - some bloke already has one.
Chris B - nah not yet, I know which one I'm getting (assuming reports are correct) and just waiting for OCuk or Scan to update their website to include the new cards.. then I'll hit order

_RIP_ - good choice, the 6800GS XXX is a great card
Andy - I'm hoping mine ships today otherwise I've missed the boat
_Meridian_ - its replacing an XFX 7800 GTX 256Mb Ultra Extreme (490/1300) - I did think about SLI'ing, but decided to sell the old GTX instead.

, only lasting six weeks untill you "need" to upgrade, must be awfull to have sutch a slow/weak PC I hope you are lucky enough to get your second one for xmas, but untill then I'm sure you can just about put up with the dismal FPS in solitaire.
......I bet you've already ordered your second one for SLI........
